In the run up to the General Election we have published a Business Manifesto. In it we argue that a new government needs to have a bold programme over the next parliament to restore the UK’s competitiveness. It is also vital that a new government acts decisively and early to address the UK’s immediate challenges. Measures, such as an emergency budget, a school reform bill and regulatory caps across all departments, in the first 100 days of a new government would show that the UK was serious about remaining competitive, addressing its fiscal situation, and creating a skilled workforce in the long run.

The new government may have to restore employment and concentrate efforts to achieve
this within Britain and Europe, by not allowing business which are in a good financial position in the market to lay off employees and used redundancy to cover up the real reason for ending employment. A number of directors and managers do this for their own benefit and not for the benefit of the companies involved in this process.
Britain and Europe has become an illegal immigration destination due to lack of controls of immigration. Because of this we the European suffer unemployment and the cost for this is enormous in fact it is the cancer of economics,in my opinion.
In respect of Taxes the working class is being channel into a low wage to compete with other countries and in the same time the working class are being taxed very heavily on Council Tax, vat, petrol and on the wage. Should not this be reviewed?
How business can work in these conditions and be prosperous with little money power by the working class to spend.
Food price markets are not control and are left to the free will of the store director.
Millions of people are employed in the car industries and related trades. How far is this from now for a total collapse of these employments?
How about foreign policy? Are we in the right track?
We should have closer tights with Europe in every social policy for the working class. The future lies around Europe and not further than this for the foreseeable future .
Thank you for reading these comments.
